With a robust background in mental health, Devon holds degrees in Psychology, Cognitive Science, and Neuroscience. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in School and Applied Child Psychology, with the aspiration of becoming a Registered Psychologist.
Under the mentorship of Dr. Meghani, Devon has received extensive training in QEEGs and neurotherapy, and is deeply committed to supporting clients in their journey toward healing and personal growth.
With over 15 years of experience in client services, Devon is dedicated to making a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of those she serves. She is driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals, and plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
Jodie holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She brings over 25 years of clinical counselling experience to adolescents, adults and families struggling with behavioural and mental health challenges.
She has specialized training in treating traumatic stress and uses attachment theory to conceptualize present lifestyle functioning within the context of early relational experiences.
As a therapist Jodie believes that symptoms often result from the accumulation of unresolved and complex adverse life experiences. Jodie works with the understanding that symptoms can also be treated using validated scientific interventions such as EMDR and Natural Processing, once a trusting and secure therapeutic alliance is established.
Since addiction often accompanies traumatic stress, Jodie understands that using substances or unhealthy behaviours often serves a purpose in the short term. Jodie’s goal is to support individuals at their stages of change; whilst introducing healthy coping strategies to strengthen neurological pathways required for peak performance and overall optimal lifestyle functioning.

Welcome. I’m Dr. Rehana Meghani, a registered psychologist offering online therapy and psychological assessments for adults in Alberta and Yukon. I specialize in trauma recovery, emotional wellness, and evidence-based assessment. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, feel free to book a free consultation.
Dr. Rehana Meghani is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, developmental trauma, emotional abuse, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Her clinical work is grounded in neuroscience, compassion, and a deep belief in every person’s ability to heal.
Dr. Meghani specializes in helping individuals recover from narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, navigate high-conflict co-parenting and legal challenges, and rebuild self-worth after complex and developmental trauma. She integrates a wide range of evidence-based modalities—including EMDR, somatic processing, CBT, DBT, and coaching—into a personalized, trauma-informed approach that is both strategic and deeply supportive.
Her calm, non-judgmental presence helps clients feel safe as they work through difficult emotions and rediscover a sense of agency, clarity, and peace. Whether clients are struggling with overwhelm, self-doubt, or the long-term impact of childhood adversity, Dr. Meghani creates space for healing and growth.
As Clinical Director at Positive Strides Neurotherapy, she also oversees QEEG brain mapping, and is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and developing neurotherapy protocol development. Her work bridges clinical psychology and brain-based interventions, offering clients an integrative path to nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.
